Shang Properties / Content System / Revised offer
A content engine that reads Shang's own project material, writes in your voice, follows your social media policy to the letter, and puts a month of posts in front of Corporate Marketing in one sitting. Below: what it already made from Haraya, Shang Summit and Shang Residences at Wack Wack.
01 · Made from your material
Everything below was produced by the system from the brochures and footage in your shared Drive. Nothing has been posted. It is all here for Marketing to judge.
Made from the official renders: a realism pass, then slow camera push-ins, cut to music. No price, no people, no AI voice, the logo untouched on a static end card.
A 25-second cut of Marketing's own approved walkthrough footage. This is the safe default for any project that already has approved video.
Facts from the brochure's distance table and project description. Shang Robinsons Properties, Inc. and both partner companies are named, as the JV rule requires. The images are mood b-roll, not pictures of Haraya: your approved collateral stays untouched.
Facts from the technical briefing for buyers: location, transit, landmarks and the named design team. Scroll the strip sideways to read every slide.
02 · What changed since September
After reading Shang's social media policy and Marketing's guidelines, Rob reshaped the plan around what your sellers are actually allowed to post. Lead routing moves to a later build, once there are leads to route. The content side gets deeper: property video, project-led carousels, and a one-sitting approval flow for Marketing.
03 · What ₱30,000 builds
About three quarters of each month's posts (project features, neighbourhood guides, construction milestones) are prepared in advance and sent to Corporate Marketing as one review page. A small weekly batch of one or two trend pieces gets a quick weekly look. Marketing reviews a month, not a post at a time.
TikTok and Instagram first. Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts get the same approved content reformatted for each, switched on as each new account finishes its warm-up.
A seller-branded page on the seller's own domain (www.shangpropertiesby<name>.com), hosted by Rob, with no price on the page. It goes up once the content engine is live.
Rob runs the system and absorbs every running cost in month one: AI, collection, image and video credits. Accounts, data and content belong to Shang throughout.
04 · Built to your social media policy
Shang's Guidelines on Social Media and Digital Compliance are written into the engine. They're checked on every post before Marketing sees it, so most of what you'd reject never reaches you.
05 · How a month runs
Each day it reads what's working in luxury real estate and Shang's own project material, then writes scripts and carousels. About four pieces a week during warm-up, plus property reels up to the monthly cap.
The month's batch goes to Corporate Marketing as one review page, at least a week before the month starts. Comments come back by post number, and changes are made before anything is posted.
Sellers film from their scripts page on their recording days, dropping takes into a shared folder from their phone. In month one, posts go out by hand from approved content, because fresh accounts must not be connected to scheduling tools.
After warm-up (around week two to three for Instagram, after week four for TikTok), approved posts are scheduled automatically.
Channel numbers are recorded weekly from day one, so the 30-day review starts from a real baseline.
06 · What proves it worked
Fresh accounts compound over 60 to 90 days, so nobody honest promises leads in month one. What Rob commits to is that by day 30, every one of these is demonstrably true:
| # | By day 30 | How you check it |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Content publishing at the agreed cadence on every live platform | Open the accounts |
| 2 | Accounts warmed correctly and growing from their baseline | Weekly channel numbers, recorded from week one |
| 3 | Each month's batch submitted to Marketing on time (at least a week before the month starts), with nothing posted that breaks SPI policy | The batch review page and its sign-off dates |
| 4 | Property reels delivered to the month-one cap of eight, each approved | The Review queue |
| 5 | Sellers have a scripts page and are filming from it | The scripts page; the takes folder |
07 · The guarantee
If any of the five day-30 checks isn't true, Rob keeps working, with no extra fee, until it is.
If the sales team isn't happy with the content, Rob revises the voice and formats at no fee for up to 30 more days.
Both hold as long as Shang meets its side (section 08). From day 31, running costs are billed at cost; Rob's time stays free for the rest of the guarantee.
08 · What Rob needs from Shang
| What | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| A named Marketing approver, with a 48-hour turnaround | Approvals are the main bottleneck. Without them, nothing posts. |
| The sales lead and the first seller to film, with their accreditation numbers | Handles, end cards and scripts carry them |
| The days sellers can film | Scripts are written for those days |
| Access to approved collateral (Marketing's OneDrive or the shared Drive) | The engine only works from approved material |
| A five-minute Friday note from sellers: the questions buyers asked that week | Real buyer questions become next week's content |
| A walkthrough of a typical buyer's journey, and the seller's domain | Feeds a buyer-journey series and the landing page |
09 · What this unlocks
Unpriced on purpose. Each is scoped and quoted at the 30-day review, against real numbers, and each switches on when the system in front of it produces the signal it needs.
A capture form that keeps a buyer's details even if they leave halfway, a speed-to-lead target, and round-robin routing to your sales team.
A post that proves itself organically becomes an ad. A watcher agent scales what clears target and stops what doesn't. Budget only follows evidence.
Keyword-triggered replies that capture and qualify straight from comments and messages.
Timezone-aware follow-up, so an overseas buyer isn't left waiting while Manila sleeps.
The same system for other teams, with individual seller accounts.
Creators briefed to feature Shang projects for overseas and foreign buyers, with an honest cost comparison against ads.
10 · Investment
₱30,000 one-time
11 · Next steps
Payment through Stripe is acceptance of this scope. Work begins the same day.
The six items in section 08, accounts created by Shang with Rob's recorded walkthroughs, and warm-up begins.
A review against section 06: expand, adjust or stop, decided on evidence.
